MY STORY I was born on January 26, 1991, and I have always been passionate about the arts in all its forms. I was captivated by visual arts, especially expressionism and abstraction, even though I didn't understand these terms in my childhood. I fell in love with the guitar, though I don't recall where I heard it for the first time. I adored theater and acting without realizing I had talent. I've loved experimenting since I was young; I am outgoing, ambitious, and enjoy movement and exploration. I developed a love for the Quran and the Arabic language from an early age. In school theater, during the fifth grade, I played leading roles in a single play. I learned singing and Photoshop in the sixth grade, learned guitar and wrote poetry in the eighth grade, and took up photography in the tenth grade. I entered the professional world in the twelfth grade. At the age of twenty-one, I released my first song and participated in my first exhibition. By twenty-three, I built my first studio, learned music production, and traveled to the U.S. to produce a song. I participated in exhibitions and painting workshops, composed many different works, and founded my first production company at the age of twenty-nine. My goal is to support every talented individual in my country and to establish a strong foundation for them, so I can see Qatar at the forefront of culture and the arts. My Work The story isn’t over yet. I aspire to become an artist, and I recognize that I still have much to learn. The journey into the world of art is long and ever-evolving, and I believe it will never truly end.

I used the quarantine period to deepen my knowledge and establish Cochineal Production Company. As restrictions eased, I was able to rapidly scale production efforts, demonstrating resilience and adaptability. ​ Looking ahead, my primary focus is to launch innovative programs designed for children, including a new music program, a media program, and a theatrical program. These initiatives aim to nurture a new generation of artists, media content creators, and technical professionals in production. The Events Ali Hussein has presented many diverse events that he supervised, and on this page, you will find highlights of the events he produced and designed. 01 Salsa Orchestra Artist Ali Hussein organized the Cuban Salsa Orchestra, which performed on the main stage at the first edition of the Dreesha Performing Arts Festival. It was one of the main performances alongside the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra, in addition to numerous accompanying shows on smaller stages that he organized through Cochineal Production. 02 Oud Al-Henna Ali Hussein produced the play "Oud Al-Henna" through his company Cochineal Production, which included 30 actors. The visual artist Faisal Al-Abdullah was commissioned to design the set, in collaboration with the esteemed folk artist Umm Mubarak. "Aud Al-Henna" is considered the largest production in this edition of the Doha Theatre Festival 2023. 03 Afro Latino Celebration He produced and organized a musical evening at the Sheraton Park in collaboration with Sound Garden. The event featured a Cuban band, as well as dance performances and a local DJ, concluding with the world-renowned Portuguese DJ Breyth. The party was a blend of African and Latin cultures. 04 Roh Alsharq choir He oversaw the organization, artistic direction, technical execution, and design for the "Roh Alsharq" choir concert, which took place over two nights at the Abdulaziz Nasser Theatre in Souq Waqif. The event was produced by Stage Group. 05 Yalla Salsa Ali Hussein organized a Latin artistic evening through the Cochineal Cuban Salsa Orchestra, which performed at the Drama Theatre in Katara. 06 Future Maker Artist Ali Hussein developed the "Future Maker Competition" with Ms. Nora Al-Hajri under the title "My Pearl Shines." This competition served as the initial foundation for a talent competition in schools nationwide, encompassing all elementary schools for girls. Over 230 students from 30 participating schools took part in this edition. 07 Hosh Al-Bayt operetta In addition to composing the songs for the operetta, artist Ali Hussein participated in the second performance of the operetta at Expo 2023 as an assistant director.
